Not bad for a half days fishing. Caught numerous throwbacks, lost a few keepers, netted some bigguns. Blues caught on cut shad in 10 to 14 ft of water. Crappie caught using Slab City Jigs and minnows on BP in 10 to 14ft of water. Crappie were very active. Blues were moderate but we weren't anchored, just using spotlock. All in all, a good day on Granger. First half of July is booked so get in on the action quick! 512-635-8176

Lake Granger is FLOODED as all area lakes are. Corps of Engineers opened the gate at the spillway to bring the lake to normal pool level. Missed some fish but caught a few. Catfish were caught using cut shad in 3ft of water or less. Crappie were caught on minnows over brush piles. If you would like to book a trip to Lake Granger my number is 512-635-8176.
