Pickens County Schools value your input. Please join us on June 10th at 8:30 am OR 4:30 pm to provide input on our District Improvement Plan and Parent and Family Engagement Plan. The meeting will be held in the Teaching and Learning Building located at 91 D B Carroll Street. Please encourage other families to attend as well.

Please note that this meeting is not to talk about the redistricting for 27/28 year‘s school changes

Huge thank you to Harmony Elementary School for providing Papa‘s Pizza catered lunch for all staff, Pappa’s Pizza House giving us a great discount and working with us to provide so much , Buffalo Luke’s for completely sponsoring at no charge to the school three wonderful trays of salad and garlic bread, El Roble for a very generous donation of $100 to go towards gift cards that teachers got to win, ETC for providing a donation of $250 to buy gift certificates for the teacher drawing Endless Hunt and Berkshire Hathaway for a basket for our teacher drawing, 61 Main for a $20 gift certificate to their restaurant, Annie’s for donating a $25 gift certificate to their restaurant , Tropical Smoothie for 80 completely free smoothies for all staff, The Rolling Snackle box for a gift card and Deb’s for the delicious brownies! We could not have done this without you!

We are so grateful for the love, support, and generosity shown to our Harmony staff. Days like today happen because of amazing community partners like you! 💙🦅

Our teachers work so hard each and every day, and we are so thankful for a community that continues to love on and support them in such generous ways.

Today we celebrate someone who does so much more than hand out band-aids and ice packs — Nurse Nicole cares for our students with kindness, patience, and a huge heart every single day.

Nicole has deep ties to the Jasper community and is such a blessing to our school family. While she continues caring for everyone around her, her own family is making a sacrifice too — her husband was recently deployed on a 9-month mission. 🇺🇸

Let’s rally together and help make her day extra special! Leave her some words of encouragement and appreciation. Let’s show Nurse Nicole just how loved and appreciated she truly is! 💕🩺
