We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager / Bartender
📍 The Tavern at the 19th Hole – Bent Tree (Jasper, GA)

The Tavern at the 19th Hole is looking for a high-level hospitality professional to join our team in a hybrid Manager/Bartender role.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the bar, understands full-service restaurant operations, and is ready to step into leadership and grow within a well-established and evolving operation.

You’ll start as a key part of our bar team while working closely with leadership on daily operations, team development, and service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily restaurant operations and service flow
• Leading by example during busy shifts
• Assisting with training and onboarding new team members
• Upholding service standards, efficiency, and accountability
• Communicating effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams

What we’re looking for:
• Bartending experience required (strong cocktail and service knowledge)
• Restaurant management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Full-service restaurant background is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and lead in high-volume situations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow
