✔️ Perform basic machine setup, blade changes, and routine maintenance
✔️ Maintain production flow while following all safety procedures
✔️ Work closely with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams

What We're Looking For:

✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed specifications
✅ Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
✅ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
