From one founder to another--Happy Birthday, Joe Moss! I hope it’s a great one! 🇺🇸

One of my greatest concerns in politics is seeing good, kind people who talk the talk but lack the courage and backbone, when it comes down to the wire, to protect and build what matters for our children, our families, and our communities.

Good intentions are not enough. When good men remain silent, retreat, or refuse to stand, evil prevails. America—from the local to the national level—has paid the price.

Joe is the real deal.

He is funny, good, and kind—a man of faith with a backbone of steel. He has stood for us through years of extraordinary pressure, opposition, and personal attacks that would have caused most people to retreat, soften, or walk away.

He has stood firm when it was costly and continued to lead without losing his faith, his humor, his kindness, or his love for people.

Few besides President Trump have endured this kind of sustained pressure and remained standing.

Joe Moss is courage under fire.

When we founded Ottawa Impact, we were inspired by this challenge from President Trump:

Joe has lived up to that challenge—and he has called all of us to live up to it, too.

I am deeply grateful for his friendship, his leadership in our organizations and community, and the courage he has shown when courage has come at a great cost.
