I'm not convinced.

I think a lot of people are looking at this through the wrong lens. Sometimes the biggest opportunities aren't in the product everyone sees.

The problem is that your prospects have no reason to believe it.

Most people only take the time to leave a review when they're either thrilled... or furious. Average experiences rarely motivate anyone to say anything at all.

It's a simple observation, but it says a lot about human nature and how businesses earn attention.
