project update:

Oak beams & columns are in. These are massive with several weighing over 1200 lbs a piece.
The oak used was harvested from their property a few years back and milled locally.

New renovated front from sixties or early seventies ranch style home to an contemporary style with roof changes for a more inviting entry for guests
