**Update 12/18/2025** All power has been restored and network is back to normal. We thank you for your patience.

Attention Pennsylvania customers. We are currently experiencing power issues at one of our towers. We currently have the tower on backup generator power but have had to reroute our network flow. This may cause speeds to be slower than usual at times. We do apologize for this inconvenience, but please know we are monitoring our network to keep it as stable as possible until PPL can make their necessary repairs.

Repairs were to be completed by 12/16 but we were notified they were unable to complete them. No updated repair time has been given. Please continue to be patient with us as we work to maintain the network as best as we can in the meantime.

Areas affected include parts of Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland counties.

Updates will be shared as we receive them.

We are planning to begin upgrades on the Bradford Airport Water Tank site in McKean County today; users who are connected to this site will require a brief visit from their local technician to have their outdoor receiver swapped out for the new gear so that they can enjoy increased speeds and stability.

If you reside in this site's coverage area (Lafayette, Lewis Run, Mt. Jewett, Cyclone, Ormsby), now is your chance to set up a site survey! The equipment upgrade will allow us to reach some customers who were unable to receive our service in the past due to low signal levels.
