Day 3 of the Manufacturing Institute picked up with improving team strategies to increase business efficiency. Students experienced what happens when new team members are added and what happens if a co-worker calls out.

Our guest speaker from Steel & Metal Sysyems demonstrated the value of the skills our students are learning, spoke about the variety of careers within the company, and invited us for a tour in the upcoming school year.
