Wayne County Animal Management

Georgia Code § 4-11-15.1 Abandonment of Domesticated Animal reads:
"... it shall be unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to abandon any domesticated animal upon any public or private property or public right of way."

Today, this gravely sick dog was abandoned in a f***s filled cardboard box, crawling with fleas, at the front gate of the pound. Anyone with information is encouraged to call 559-5823 or reach out via private message.
