It is with heavy hearts that we announce our precious Ms. Vera Jacobs passed away on Thursday, August 24th under the care of Cotton Grove Estate and Hospice of South Georgia, Inc-Jesup.
Our prayers are with her family during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed by the entire team at Cotton Grove!
