CRDC was honored to serve as the host agency for the 2026 Arkansas Community Action Conference held in Jonesboro. We were proud to welcome community action professionals, leaders, and partners from across the state for a meaningful time of collaboration, learning, and celebration of service to Arkansas communities.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Tomeka Moore and the ACAAA Team for their leadership and dedication in bringing this outstanding conference to Jonesboro. Their hard work and commitment created an impactful experience that fostered connection, inspiration, and shared purpose among attendees from across the state.

One of the highlights of the conference was the recognition of Takesha Spurlock, CRDC Family Development Specialist, who received the prestigious Heart of Community Action Award. This honor represents compassion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to serving individuals and families throughout our communities. Takesha truly embodies the spirit of Community Action through her passion for helping others and her commitment to empowering the families she serves. We are incredibly proud of this well-deserved recognition and even more proud to have her as part of the CRDC family.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Westside School AFJROTC for presenting the colors during the conference. Their professionalism, discipline, and exceptional presentation added a special touch to the event, and they represented their school and community with excellence.

A special thank you goes to our incredible CRDC staff members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes throughout the conference to support organizers and ensure the event’s success. Your dedication, teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to excellence were evident every step of the way, and we are truly grateful for the important role each of you played.

Finally, we extend our gratitude to our CEO, Jeremy Wooldridge, for his vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His dedication to elevating CRDC continues to inspire growth, innovation, and meaningful impact throughout our organization and the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Arkansas Community Action Conference a memorable and successful event!
