Had a busy day today for almost 2 hours 😆.
Gathered my cow herd, all 3 pairs LOL, hauled them home, separated the calves, vaccinated and dewormed the calves, then vaccinated and dewormed the cows and bull, and got everybody situated for weaning, then fed. To be honest my dogs D**e and Jake did 90% of the work, I just walked along whistling commands.
In a few days, when the cows quiet down, I'll haul them back over to the winter pasture. Then in about a month I'll give the calves a booster and relieve the bulls of their manhood. The following day I'll have fresh mountain oysters for breakfast. That's probably too much information for some, but by now my friends all know that I don't let good food go to waste.
Anyway, happy Friday... couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day.
