ALL head teachers are accountable for:

(a) The development and implementation of the center's program of activities; and

(b) Ensuring the appropriateness of program activities according to the age, interests, and developmental level of the children.

(c) Maintaining a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

(d) Ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards

(e) Communicating directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
