IdentoGO Identity Services which provides TSA Pre✅, TWIC Cards, and HAZMAT Endorsements is leaving our location.
Our Final Day of Service is August 17th, 2022.

We understand that it has been difficult in some cases to get service while IdentoGO has been at our location. To be Clear - IdentoGO is Not part of Eagle Raven Global, LLC. and we have no control over many elements of the service. We have appreciated your patience over the last 10 months, and hopefully the majority of people who have required these services have managed to get through with our enrollment agents by now.

We have attempted to negotiate with IdentoGO to maintain service here at our location in Juneau and even to expand it to a full-time year round service; unfortunately, no agreement could be reached and our current agreement with IdentoGO will terminate on August 17th.
We have No information on where or if regular service will remain available in Juneau - the only thing we can recommend is to check back at IdentoGo's website in the coming weeks and see what they advise.
