I’m back in the office feeling recharged, refreshed, and grateful after an incredible family vacation.

Time away is a great reminder that taking care of ourselves isn’t a luxury—it’s part of showing up as our best selves. I’m thankful for the chance to recharge, and I’m excited to be back doing what I love: helping my patients on their healing journeys.
