U.S. Immigration Fund is pleased to announce that the Alpine 93/40 Rural EB-5 Project in Whitefish, Montana has received USCIS I-956F approval.​

With this important milestone secured, Phase II of the offering is now open, creating additional opportunities for EB-5 investors seeking a Rural TEA project eligible for priority processing under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act.​

Construction is already well underway, with Phase I more than 59% complete and substantial completion projected for December 2026. The project is expected to generate more than 483 jobs—27% more than required to satisfy EB-5 investor job creation requirements.​

What happens to your EB-5 investment if the program pauses after September 30, 2026?

Akshat Gupta of US Immigration Fund addresses this directly. When EB-5 was suspended from July 2021 to March 2022, USIF was fully operational. The company remained committed to more than 6,000 investors and 12,500 families throughout the pause. The projects continued. The investments were managed. Regional centers do not shut down if the program is temporarily paused or terminated.
