Simpler days. I miss this

I’m grateful I’ve had the opportunity to connect during these times via zoom to teach and to take yoga classes. However, there’s one thing I’ve missed dearly that virtual classes have lacked. MUSIC. Music is a huge part of my life and I turn to it to get myself out of a funk, or to pass time, or as a form of meditation, or to create an ambiance in my home or yoga practice, and so on... you get the picture. I never realized how much MUSIC is a part of my yoga classes. I thoroughly create playlists in accordance to the sequences I’m teaching and the underground messages/feelings im trying to promote in said classes. If you’ve attended my classes either back in Miami or in Jupiter pre-covid you may find yourself either discovering new jams that resonated with you or dancing or singing along with a few melodies mid-yoga class. Starting this THURSDAY at 9 AM I will have the honor to teach a small group class through the month of June at and gosh I have missed this. I cannot wait to flow to music and most importantly with you all on your socially distanced mats!

All vibes welcome... regardless of any feeling surrounding you or arising lately, there’s a little sanctuary a little bit of calm inside you that is always available to you to retrieve to. Let’s try to tune into that space together on Sundays with my Online Gentle Flow class. You can register at www.kulayogashala.com. 10 AM EST.
I’ve spent three weeks trying to share a preview of my class with you through IGTV but have been unsuccessful 😩. If you have any tips please share in the comments or DM me. This is the first frame of the video I wanted to share 💜. It’ll have to do. Going with the flow. 🐢
