So nice to reconnect with comedian Bobby Collins today. He was kind enough to accept my invitation to contribute to my new book tentatively called MY EVENINGS AT THE IMPROV. It is about my years in the 80's when I was a personal appearance agent for 35 stand-up comedians. I am now writing a book about those experiences. What about the title BACKSTAGE AT THE IMPROV? I am excited to announce that for the first time, I will be having a showing of my sports card collection that started for me in 1960. On SATURDAY, AUGUST 3rd FROM 3 TO 5 PM, I will be appearing at STAR PAWN AND JEWELRY located at 8195 N. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens. It is about a mile south of Northlake. I will selling my cards for the first time and CARDS FOR KIDS will be giving away cards! Dads, bring your kids to get them free cards. Kids, bring your dads and you will get free cards!

PICTURE OF THE DAY! The great "Gentle Giant" 6'8" Frank Howard. I took this shot in 1998 when he was a hitting coach for the Tampa Bay Rays. As he wrote when he signed it, he was known for being the American League Home Run Champion for three consecutive years in 1968, 1969 and 1970! Unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago!
