We're lucky to have leaders like Tom in our organization. As a director, rec coach, and travel coach, he brings a ton of experience and perspective to our players and families.
In this video, Tom talks about a question that's often debated in youth sports: Are parents or coaches the problem? His answer is a good reminder that there is no roadmap to success. Every athlete develops differently, and what looks like a "late bloomer" today could be tomorrow's success story.
Most importantly, youth sports are about more than wins, stats, and skill development. They're about building confidence, resilience, work ethic, leadership, and character.
