Ocean Trail Residents are not able to use their private property currently. Take a look at our property lines and decide for yourself. Executive Order 20-70 states to close the beaches to public access due to the risk of community spread. It does not say anything about private beach access on private property. Martin County has interpreted this to not included private access.
Let our community know you want to use your private property, we urge you to speak with the board members and the management company. Also our local elected officials for clarification on private property beach use.
