Contre Management is looking for an Administrative Assistant with Real Estate experience to join our growing real estate & property management team in Justin, TX!

📍 509 FM 156, Justin, TX
🕒 Approx. 36 hrs/week
📅 Monday–Thursday | 8AM–5PM

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organized
✔ Detail-oriented
✔ Friendly & professional
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experienced in property management or real estate

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones & client communication
• Processing maintenance work orders
• Scheduling repairs & coordinating vendors
• Social media & marketing support
• Filing, reporting & data entry
• Assisting agents & office operations

Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Buildium or AppFolio is a plus!
