Tuesday Tip! Have you been planning to scan old documents so you could recycle hard copies and make space in your file cabinet? Once you have established an organized electronic filing system and a system to be sure your files are backed up (or in the cloud), scanning your documents from your iPhone takes only minutes! Once you have completed scanning, simply email yourself the file and add it to your electronic filing system and send those papers to the recycling bin (or shred if necessary).
