• Resolving an issue
• Soft sales are required

Home Improvement store:
On a day-to-day basis, businesses can expect to participate in the following
activities:
• Inbound sales, customer service, and store support
• Assisting customers with product questions
• Placing new orders
• Handling existing orders - returns/ replacements
• Provide store-specific support
• Contacting vendors for shipping information

Requirements:
Retail store:
A USB Headset is required in certification and while servicing
• Minimum 8 GB RAM required
• MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11

Home improvement store:
• Smartphone Required for secondary code verification
• 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher
• USB VoIP Headset
• Windows 11 Supported
• Dual monitors required

My company is currently looking for agents to work part time and some full-time positions from home. I have currently openings for a position with retail and also a medical transportation provider company both of these positions is a work from home position. You do set your own hours.
