Gentle Yoga, Sundays 9:30am
Chair Yoga, Tuesdays 4:30pm
Advanced Chair Yoga, Tuesdays 5:30pm
Community Yoga, Thursdays 4:00pm * (donation-based class)

All classes are $16 and held at the Studio at Unwindings. Cash, credit, Venmo or Paypal accepted in the studio or pay online at https://www.compassionateyogallc.com/book-a-class
