Medical assistant is needed in a busy medical practice to assist by greeting patients, bringing them into treatment rooms, and performing various tasks for their care. These task include but are not limited to: obtaining pertinent medical history, working with electronic medical records, obtaining x-rays, sterilizing instruments, helping with patient transport, stocking and cleaning rooms, assisting with physicians and nurse practitioner with patient care.
This position is part time with the potential of being full time.

Charcot foot is a condition causing weakening of the foot bones that can occur in people with significant nerve damage or neuropathy. The neuropathy decreases sensation & ability to feel temperature, pain or trauma. Without these sensations, patients may continue walking on injured feet making it worse.
