I wanted to thank all of you that have followed my real estate page over the years. I have decided to pretty much retire from real estate though I will keep my broker license for a few years so I can continue to do referral work.

Due to the fact that many posts that are occurring on this page that are not real estate related and many I don't approve of, I'm going to shut this page down in the near future. Thanks again for following.

Today I’ll be riding the Kal-Haven Trail for the 3rd day in a row. Such a great asset for our community. So many hikers and bikers enjoy the serenity it provides. The Fall colors are just starting to show. In the next few weeks it becomes a tunnel of color.

Real estate in Michigan will be back in business, though following new rules, on Thursday, May 7th. It would take a crystal ball to know what will happen in the market. Is there pent up demand, or will it be dead like back during the housing crisis? I will be listing a charming 2 bedroom in Kalamazoo next week and am wondering how it will do. I also have a condo that will be listed in a couple of weeks. Since a lot of condos are purchased by retirees I think it may get a better reception. Time will tell. What do you think?
