If you, or someone you know, are looking to step up your throws game...coach Bill Griffey is one of the best in the business.

After practice training throws. Most schools do not have the facilities to accommodate a team of throwers, it is near impossible to get in the reps you need during practice when you have to share a ring with a large group of throwers. We are here to help throwers get extra training throws with quality instruction.

Thank you Scott Rachel and Bill Griffey for giving me an opportunity to coach at ADP! Thank you to all our athletes, parents and adult fitness group for your support! It has been fun to watch these athletes grow and develop! I look forward to seeing these athletes on the field some day! Thank you ADP family!
