Come worship with us for World Communion Sunday, October 4th.
"God does not will that I should fashion the other person according to the image that seems good to me, that is, in my own image; rather in his very freedom from me God made this person in His image. I can never know beforehand how God's image should appear in others (Dietrich Bonhoeffer: Life Together)."
Something I need to be reminded of daily. Just thought I would share it.

Sometimes listening to God is hard. Luckily, God is patient!

Praying for peace.
Dear Church,
Grace and peace to you in this season of uncertainty.
In recent days, we have watched with deep concern as the conflict involving Iran has escalated. While headlines often focus on political and military developments, I write to you today from the perspective of Week of Compassion – and from the voices of our partners across the region – about what this means for the people we accompany.
