A short list of things that have made summer all the better🌞
So much time spent at the lake, endless fireworks, flowers, fresh chicken eggs, homemade iced coffees, more flowers, cute babies, surprise treats, the smell of fresh strawberries, and contact naps🤍

I love this trend.
Following up from yesterday's post re: the hedonic treadmill of holistic health - I find myself having these very conversations in practice each day.
Time and finances are key players in what we can prioritize from season to season in life.
We may always have some wishes that we could have done things differently with our health or with our kids' health.
Having been there🙋🏻 I find it easiest to look forward while also knowing that I did the best I could at the time with the knowledge I had.
Just know you are doing amazing where you are🤗
