Learn to preserve the harvest with this introductory class on making pickles using the water bath canning method. Class will cover basics of food preservation with an emphasis on safe practices. Students will get hands-on experience from start to finish and go home with a quart jar of pickles. All supplies provided. Class limited to seven students. Pre-registration is required.

PLEASE NOTE: This class will be held off-site due to space constraints at the Mountain Brook Community Center. Location information will be provided to each student prior to the class. $25.00 per session

A 20’ x 20’ space is available for $20. A clearance fee of $20 will be returned upon full clean-up of your booth space.

Vendor Agreement with your $40 payment mailed to the Mountain Brook Homestead Foundation, 2353 Foothill Rd, Kalispell, MT 59901. You may also pay for a booth online, but the Vendor Agreement still has to be signed and submitted. Register here to be a vendor: mtbrookfoundation.org and email a scan of your filled out Vendor Agreement to [email protected]. Or you can mail it to Mountain Brook Homestead Foundation, 2353 Foothill Rd., Kalispell, MY 59901. Or you can stop by the Mountain Brook Community Center. Pop it in the book drop if the Library is not open.
