I have experienced the benefits of therapeutic massage therapy first hand. This has granted me
the unique perspective of one who has been in the same position as many of my clients. I
understand the challenge and frustration, the pain and vulnerability, and the incredible sense of
accomplishment that comes with hard work and results.
My background in emergency medicine, critical care, cardiac rehab, personal training, and
leading exercise all serve to strengthen my understanding of the human body and how bodywork
can positively impact all systems.
Further education in advanced assessment and treatment has prepared me to help clients achieve
optimal alignment and increase strength. I look forward to partnering with you to discover your
best self.

At the Red Barn Wellness Collective we are excited to announce that we have a new device to scan your temperature within a matter of a few seconds!

The Body Temperature Thermal Scanner is located at the main entrance of the RBWC and we are asking all practitioners and clients to scan their temperature when they enter the building. Its as simple as standing in front of the silhouette on the screen to get an immediate and accurate reading (within .5 degrees).

We are also asking all clients and practitioners to maintain a six foot distance, wear a facial mask while inside, and wait outside in your car until your your scheduled appointment.

All of us at the RBWC are excited to resume and continue client care while maintaining a healthy, clean, environment by doing our part to stop the virus.
