Our shelves are stocked with fresh raw Jersey milk from local cows! Many people choose raw milk because they enjoy its rich, creamy taste and appreciate that it contains naturally occurring enzymes and beneficial bacteria that are reduced during pasteurization. It’s also naturally rich in protein, healthy fats, calcium, and vitamins.
