Oz Accommodations is the worst rental company in the history of KC. I would not recommend them to anyone. My thermostat is malfunctioning in the middle of winter. My stove only has one burner working. They have been informing me that they will replace my stove, but this has yet to occur two weeks later. Someone contacted me and was unresponsive to my concerns. To anyone reading this, I strongly advise against renting from Oz Accommodations, as they have demonstrated a lack of regard for their tenants' well-being. At present, I am assembling a support team to address these issues. I will not tolerate my family's discomfort during the winter months. 🪧
