We’re proud to recognize Erika Rackers as she steps into the role of Statewide Director of Curriculum and Instruction! 🎉 💚

With 22 years of experience in education, Erika has built a career centered on instructional excellence and student success. In her previous role as Director of Special Education/Principal for KVC Academy Columbia and Boonville, she supported strong academic programs and helped guide impactful learning experiences for students and staff.

Erika’s background spans classroom teaching, instructional coaching and educational leadership, along with specialized expertise as a Neurosequential Model in Education Trainer and Gallup Engagement Champion. In her new role, she will lead curriculum and instruction efforts across KVC Academy statewide.
