The Transition Academy is taking a one-week midsummer break from July 6th through the 10th. Calls and emails we receive during that time will be returned when we are back in the office on July 13th. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy the Independence Day holiday.
Week one, they learned the basics. Week two, they ran the whole store!
After mastering how a grocery store works and how to stock shelves, our East High students put it all together, rotating through roles as stockers, cashiers, and baggers inside a makeshift grocery store built right in their classroom.
Watching them show up with confidence and own every role they stepped into made this whole program worth it. The growth we saw in just two weeks was incredible and we could not be more proud!
