3 design trends I’m still loving! 😍
1. Diamond and checkered rugs. I can’t get enough of this bold switch up. I love these in open concept areas where they can be paired with a vintage style rug.
2. Marble backsplash 🤤. I love the clean seamless look with the old world feel. It’s a view I don’t think I’d grow sick of looking at. 😍
3. Arched everything! Arches bring a softness to design. I love how they invite you into a space, creating instant cozy vibes.

When I walked into this house 5 years ago I immediately saw this kitchen’s potential. Things we did to make it more functional. Removed a powder bath and closet pantry and made an actual mudroom.🤩By doing so we were able to relocate the door to the garage from the middle of the kitchen to the mudroom. We also got rid of the peninsula and flipped the island to make a larger kitchen. To me it feels like it should have been like this all along. 🙂 what do you think??
