Centurions Spotlight: Kaitlin O’Malley

Kaitlin O'Malley is the Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator at TeamSmile and has spent more than a decade serving Kansas City's communities through the non-profit sector. A Kansas City native, she is passionate about preserving the city's history through the stories and experiences of its community members.

Kaitlin believes the most important leadership trait is leading by example. She is motivated by the opportunity to support organizations that are doing the work to strengthen and uplift the often-untold stories of Kansas City’s cultural landscape. When she's not working, you'll likely find her strolling a local park for the scenery, enjoying live music, or practicing the drums.
