Our weekly classes utilize a play based curriculum that is engaging and fun! This week’s focus skill is BALANCE🤸♀️ We are building strong vestibular systems in class this week by walking across the balance beam, rocking on our rocking dome, and bouncing on our trampoline 🐸 🐰
** Our vestibular system is what creates the sense of balance and spatial orientation in our body and helps us coordinate movements with balance. 👩🏫
