It’s okay to lose to the better opponent, but it’s not okay to lose because of the lack of preparation.

At Reign Jiu Jitsu, we teach our kids that if someone beats you, it should be because they performed better that day—not because you weren’t prepared.

Train with intent, show up consistently, and honor God and your team by preparing with excellence. Winning and losing are part of the journey, but effort, discipline, and preparation are always in your control.

We will always push ourselves to get out of our comfort zones so we can see what we are possibly capable of.
