Some people wait to be recognized. Julius simply serves.

This month, we honor a man who has shown us what faithfulness looks like. Julius came to Bride Ministries to play keys. That was his assignment. But just two weeks after he arrived, God called him to something greater: stepping in as our intern worship director.

He did not ask for a title. He did not ask for recognition. He did not ask for certainty about what lay ahead. He simply said yes and trusted God with the rest.
Since then, Julius has given himself to this house night after night. He has shaped harmony out of uncertainty. He has breathed new songs into our services. And he has made room for voices that had never been given the chance to be heard before.
Scripture tells us that whoever is faithful in little will be faithful in much. Julius has lived that out in front of all of us.

Julius, we thank God for you. Your servant's heart is a gift to this house, and we celebrate you today as our Member of the Month!

What a morning of encounter and connection yesterday. Apostle Daniel Duval unpacked Colossians 1:15-18 and reminded us that Jesus is not just our salvation, he is our door into genuine heavenly encounter. But Sunday wasn't just about the message. It was about the family that gathered to receive it together.

We took communion as one body, prayed for each other, and watched people let go of bitterness and offense right there in the room. This is what it looks like when the church shows up for one another, not just for a sermon.
