Just processing a lot of things lately! Big changes are great, but the coping part is what’s hard. I grew up in chaos, and now that things have been calm, it’s very unnerving for me.

This a a censored piece of an installment ( 📸/editor) and I worked on.

Slight TW due to talk of trauma/PTSD

The focal point was the trapped feeling of PTSD. Ooolalah had this wonderful idea with a nylon stretchy tube/sack/thing.

I was diagnosed with PTSD while I was a teen, then later it was categorized as Complex-PTSD. CPTSD, as it’s better known, is from reoccurring or ongoing trauma. I, unfortunately, have experienced both types of trauma.

Modeling has given me the strength to overcome my battles by giving me courage. Everything I do in modeling, I make sure I am confident in my choices for shoots. I only shoots/outfits/poses that I am the most empowered.

PTSD makes me feel like I have no autonomy or didn’t exist. It feels nice trying to take back my power for once.

I got a couple of classes left for my degree. Then I’ll have two degrees, I also have an associates in Business Management.❤️Still was able to attend graduation. It was an emotional day.
