Making of the tiny Lemon Meringue pies 😍

I had plans for pool party chocolate cream, but it unfortunately got rained out.

Next tiny adventure is local rhubarb & ginger

This week 150 pounds of rhubarb is arriving from what we know as the largest rhubarb patch in the state of New Hampshire.

Our rhubarb crumb cake is one of my favorite items- chewy, tart, prominent rhubarb flavor and perfectly sweet. It's great for breakfast, dessert or snacking.

This year we will be making rhubarb crumb cake sheets for foodservice, and making rhubarb and ginger pie of the month tiny pies!

Pie Time!

Pie Kits are available now for strawberry rhubarb/berry pies.

Each kit includes:
1 9 inch handmade crimped Pie crust in tin
1 bag cane sugar/non gmo cornstarch & salt mix
1 bag crumb topping made with butter & flour
Instructions for adding your own fruit and making your pie!
All you need is 20oz berries of your choice and a hot oven.
