Big question of the day: are you or are you not living in a way that 8, 10, or 15-year-old you would be proud of?

Think back to when you were 8 or 10; you probably just wanted to play all day and slam down a Capri Sun. And then somewhere along the way responsibility showed up and now we have all these tasks and all these things we have to do. But what happened to play time?

The reason we love group fitness so much is because it is literally grown-up play time. It's an hour for you to laugh, move around, and play in a group of other grown-ups doing the same thing. When you boil it all down that's literally what it is. Yes, there are all the perks that come with it like muscle growth and mobility, etc., but the most important thing that comes from it is the laughter, the supportive community, and the way we feel when we walk out the door.

So, if you feel like you are not living in a way that little-you would be excited about, think about things you can add to your life that would make her/you smile more. 💛
