**Job Title:** Sailboat Rigger

- Perform installations and repairs of sailboat rigging and hardware.
- Uphold highest standards of craftsmanship and service in all rigging tasks.
- Effectively manage inventory and maintain rigging tools and equipment.

**Qualifications:**
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Boat handling experience preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools and measurements.

**Requirements:**
- Availability for a full-time schedule.
- Commitment to career growth and a strong work ethic.
- Immediate availability to begin work.
- Access to a mobile phone for communication.
- Reliable transportation to the Kemah, TX location.
