Our Story

ERC entered the marketplace in late 1979 as a distributor of electronic parts to the cash register industry. Since then ERC has evolved to a Hospitality systems integrator bringing together the right hardware and software solutions to Quick Serve and fast casual concepts. From startups to existing concepts already using other POS solutions ERC has consulted, suggested, implemented and now supports over 5000 restaurants like Moe's, Wendy's, Bojangles, KFC, Brown Bag Burgers, Taco Johns, Popeye's, Hardee's, Dunkin' Donuts and more.
Our system solutions includes POS, wireless communication systems, computers, computer software, POS software, in store and above store software, digital surveillance systems, drive-thru timers and order confirmation boards.
Customers are supported by a 24-hour help desk, which provides an avenue for problem resolution regardless of the time of day. Additionally, the Atlanta service center handles depot repair and retail service dispatch from over 130 service points across the United States to further allow our customers to continue business with minimal delays.
