So I'm here today to let you know that I am deeply disappointed with some of the team captains and their lack of leadership and initiative for their teams and their locker rooms.

Y'all just aren't maintaining your designated spaces up to standard and it is showing up BIG time in your over all performance as a team.

It's time y'all have a team captains meeting and staff to figure out what to do going forward. Y'all are the future of this institution and it is your responsibility to behave and act in that manner.

Going forward such conducts of behavior will be highly favored and evaluated by the scouting team and faculty on bringing student athletes on board. (Team overall gpa isn't the only thing that matters anymore.)
