Take a look at one of the latest jobs we have been on. One of our customers had two leaks, a pipe burst in the basement and upstairs bathroom leak. When we thought we were in the clear, the homeowner owner had 4 more leaks while working on her house. A spigot leak that occurred in the basement from being off for so long and a foundation leak that was always there but the customer didn’t know about due to the area being covered by old train tables and two more leaks in the upstairs bathroom one being from a toilet valve and a pin hole in a copper line. All plumbing work was done by another company to keep this process moving.
