A lot happens before the walls go up! This project started with removing the existing chimney and deck to make way for a brand-new living space designed around our clients’ needs.

Garage Conversion → Laundry Room + Home Office

This project is a great example of how underutilized space can be transformed into something truly functional and valuable for everyday living.

We converted this garage into a custom laundry room and home office, giving our client a clean, organized, and comfortable space to work and stay on top of daily tasks.

The new space features:
• Custom built-in cabinetry with warm wood tones and plenty of storage

• A custom mudroom-style storage bench with cubbies and hooks

This wasn’t just a small upgrade — this project was part of a larger renovation where we added about a 1,000 sq ft of new living space to the home. The newly finished basement (just off this space) will be shared soon 👀
