This is for those who are LATE DIAGNOSED, SELF-DIAGNOSED or just looking to get more information for themselves and how to navigate the world of ADHD and/or AUTISM as an adult! If you are in your 20s, 30s or better yet in your 40s and 50s, this book and workbook is a great place to START your journey!!! I am 48 and was diagnosed with ADHD in my 20s, but recently was diagnosed with Autism and OCD and needed something to help me just start learning tools and making sense of my own journey as a middle aged female who has masked their entire life!!! I don't want to mask, I want to embrace my authentic self and learn tools on how to better manage my neurospicy brain! This is not therapy, this will be resources, information, education and just confirmation you may need! I have helped my daughter for 18 years who has a diagnosis of ADHD and AUTISM, but the tools I know to help her are not quite the same tools I'm needing at this stage in my life! So I'm learning!
